This is the question that was the starting point for our research project; to answer it, we identified the characteristics we should consider to evaluate the most appropriate approach, using references from studies of Project Management Institute, Likewise, to consider the degree of complexity in each of the phases of a Data Center project, we rely on the Cynefin framework (The Cynefin Company ), all taking into account the recommendations of the Standard ISO – International Organization for Standardization ISO/IEC-22237 on Data Center Infrastructure and Data Center Risks in the current context of the latest study Uptime Institute .
The result is a model that seeks to help Project Leaders in this industry to evaluate the best approach at the start of a project.
